Psychotherapist in postgraduate training

In January 2027, Medikon is opening a new location at Genfergasse 11 in Bern, two minutes from the main railway station. Across two floors, 49 consultation rooms are being created, alongside a dedicated reception on the ground floor. Medikon was founded in 2025 and today includes over 50 professionals.

You will help shape the new location from the outset, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Workload 40 to 100 per cent, starting 1 January 2027.

What you bring with you

• You are at an advanced stage of your specialist training.

• Your clinical year is completed, and you have at least 150 hours of theory and 70 hours of personal therapy or self-reflection.

• You work with warmth, thoughtfulness, and a strong sense of responsibility.

• You are organised, reliable, and show initiative.

What you can expect with us

• Your own dedicated consultation room

• New patients are allocated to you via our central admissions team

• Reception, scheduling, medical reporting, and billing are taken care of by our administrative team

• Our psychiatrists are on site, allowing referral orders and queries to be resolved directly

• During your postgraduate training, we organise and fund your supervision

• 27 days of annual leave per year and flexible working hours

• Five paid study leave days and an annual training budget of CHF 2,500

• An individual share of the annual surplus at year end

• A contribution towards your public transport pass and a CHF 3,000 referral bonus

• Digital, paperless working and team events
