Quality and safety.
Anyone who comes to us for treatment entrusts us with a great deal that is personal. And anyone who refers patients to us relies on our care. That is why we support your mental health on an outpatient basis and comprehensively, with clear processes and protected data.
Six principles guiding our work.
Secure inbox
Whether by email or through our web form, registrations and referrals reach us at a HIN-protected address.
Regular clinical supervision
Our specialists regularly review and discuss their work, both in supervision and peer consultation. Here, supervisors and colleagues reflect on the approach and progress of a treatment, offering a second professional perspective.
Paperless records
Medikon works paper-free. Everything related to a treatment is recorded in a digital file and stored in Switzerland. Its contents are subject to medical confidentiality. On request, patients receive information about their data.
Personal initial consultation
Every treatment at Medikon begins with an initial consultation. During this meeting, the specialist determines whether psychiatry, psychotherapy, or both are appropriate. Patients have a say in how things proceed.
Annual professional development
High-quality care relies on expertise that reflects current developments in psychiatry and psychotherapy. For this reason, we provide five paid days and a budget of CHF 2,500 each year for continuing education. We also actively support research and teaching.
Local responsibility
Your feedback, whether you wish to share praise or raise a concern, is also directed to this management.

‘For me, good medicine happens where responsibility is shared and decisions are made together.’
Konstantinos Vlachos, Deputy Medical Director Zürich
