In January 2027, Medikon is opening a new practice at Genfergasse 11 in Bern, two minutes from the main railway station. Spread over two floors, 49 consultation rooms are being created, alongside a dedicated reception on the ground floor. Medikon was founded in 2025 and today comprises over 50 specialists.

You will help shape the new location from the very beginning, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Workload 40 to 100 per cent, starting on 1 January 2027. Remote or hybrid working is possible.

What you bring

• You are authorised to bill via basic health insurance (OKP) in the Canton of Bern, or will apply for authorisation with our support.

• Psychotherapy is your passion, and you value working autonomously.

• You are resilient, dependable, and well organised administratively.

• Your approach to work is diligent, structured, and empathetic.

What to expect with us

• A dedicated, permanently assigned consultation room

• New patients are allocated to you via our central admissions team

• Reception, appointment scheduling, reporting, and billing are handled by our administrative team

• Our psychiatrists are on site, allowing referral orders and queries to be resolved directly

• 27 days of annual leave and flexible working hours

• Five paid days of continuing education and an annual continuing education budget of CHF 2,500

• An individual share of the annual surplus at the end of the year

• A contribution towards public transport season tickets and a CHF 3,000 referral bonus

• Digital, paperless working and team events
