• You hold a Swiss federal specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or equivalent recognition (MEBEKO).

• You enjoy working independently and responsibly in an outpatient setting.

• You treat patients with empathy, look at the whole person and work in an evidence-based way.

• You are resilient, well organised and appreciate clear structures.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration and professional dialogue are important to you.
