In January 2027, Medikon is opening a new location at Genfergasse 11 in Bern, two minutes from the main railway station. Across two floors, 49 consultation rooms are being created, alongside a dedicated reception on the ground floor. Medikon was founded in 2025 and today comprises over 50 specialists.

You will help shape the new location from the outset, and we look forward to welcoming you.

Workload 40 to 100 per cent, starting on 1 January 2027. Remote or hybrid working is possible. The salary corresponds to 100 per cent, supplemented by a share of the annual surplus.

What you bring

• You hold a Swiss federal specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or an equivalent qualification recognised by MEBEKO.

• You have a licence to practise in the Canton of Bern or will apply for one with our support.

• You care for patients holistically, empathetically, and with an evidence-based approach.
